Terms of Service for BeSolid Content Admin

BeSolid Content Admin is a private internal administrative application operated by BeSolid. It is used by authorized BeSolid team members to manage BeSolid-owned media channels and content workflows.

1. Access

Access to BeSolid Content Admin is restricted to authorized BeSolid administrators only. There is no public self-service registration.

By signing in, you confirm that you are authorized to access and use BeSolid Content Admin on behalf of BeSolid.

2. Acceptable Use

Users must use BeSolid Content Admin only for legitimate BeSolid business purposes, including content management, media operations, analytics, synchronization, publishing workflows, and related internal administrative tasks.

Users must not:

access data they are not authorized to access;
share credentials or OAuth access with unauthorized persons;
export, disclose, or misuse Google, YouTube, or internal BeSolid data;
use the application for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized activity;
interfere with Google, YouTube, BeSolid, or third-party systems.

3. Google and YouTube Integrations

BeSolid Content Admin may connect to Google APIs and YouTube APIs only after an authorized user grants permission through Google OAuth.

Users are responsible for ensuring that any Google or YouTube account connected to the application is authorized for BeSolid-owned channels or approved BeSolid workflows.

4. Data Handling

Google and YouTube data is handled according to the Privacy Policy for BeSolid Content Admin.

5. No Public Service

BeSolid Content Admin is not a public consumer service. BeSolid may suspend or revoke access at any time for security, compliance, operational, or business reasons.

6. Changes

BeSolid may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
