Privacy Policy for BeSolid Content Admin

BeSolid Content Admin is a private internal administrative application operated by BeSolid. It is used by authorized BeSolid team members to manage BeSolid-owned media channels and content workflows.

This Privacy Policy explains how BeSolid Content Admin accesses, uses, stores, protects, shares, retains, and deletes information obtained through Google APIs and YouTube APIs.

1. Application Purpose

BeSolid Content Admin helps authorized BeSolid administrators connect Google and YouTube accounts for BeSolid-owned channels and manage internal content operations, including importing, organizing, analyzing, synchronizing, and managing channel data, video metadata, thumbnails, captions, transcripts, analytics, and publishing-related workflows.

Access to the application is restricted to authorized BeSolid administrators. The application is not intended for public self-service registration.

2. Google and YouTube Data We May Access

Depending on the permissions granted by an authorized user, BeSolid Content Admin may access the following categories of Google and YouTube data:

• Basic Google account information used for authentication and administrator identification, such as name and email address.
• YouTube channel information for BeSolid-owned channels.
• YouTube video metadata, including titles, descriptions, tags, categories, publication status, visibility status, scheduling information, and other video details.
• YouTube thumbnails and related media metadata.
• YouTube captions, subtitles, transcripts, and related text content where available and authorized.
• YouTube analytics and reporting data for BeSolid-owned channels, where authorized.
• YouTube playlist and content organization data, where authorized.
• Data required to perform authorized content-management, synchronization, or publishing actions requested by BeSolid administrators.

The application only requests access to data needed to provide its internal content management, analytics, synchronization, and publishing workflow features.

3. How We Use Google and YouTube Data

We use Google and YouTube data only to provide and improve the internal features of BeSolid Content Admin, including:

• Connecting authorized Google and YouTube accounts.
• Importing and synchronizing BeSolid-owned channel and video information.
• Displaying channel, video, metadata, thumbnail, caption, transcript, and analytics information to authorized BeSolid administrators.
• Organizing content workflows and internal editorial operations.
• Supporting internal search, review, quality control, and content analysis features.
• Maintaining integration reliability, security, auditability, and error recovery.
• Performing publishing or synchronization actions only when initiated or authorized by BeSolid administrators.

We do not sell Google user data.

We do not use Google user data for advertising.

We do not use Google user data for personalized advertising, retargeting, credit-worthiness, lending, or data brokerage.

We do not use Google user data to train general-purpose AI models.

4. AI and Automated Processing

BeSolid Content Admin may use automated processing to organize, summarize, classify, transcribe, compare, or analyze content solely for internal BeSolid content-management, analytics, synchronization, editorial, and quality-control features.

Any automated processing is used only to provide or improve features available inside BeSolid Content Admin for authorized administrators.

Google and YouTube data is not sold, rented, or used to train general-purpose AI models.

5. How We Store and Protect Data

Google and YouTube integration data may be stored in secure cloud infrastructure used by BeSolid Content Admin.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including:

• encrypted connections in transit where supported;
• restricted administrator access;
• least-privilege access controls;
• secure storage for OAuth tokens and integration credentials;
• access logging and operational monitoring where appropriate;
• separation of public verification pages from authenticated admin functionality.

OAuth tokens and related credentials are used only to keep authorized integrations working and are not publicly exposed.

6. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell Google or YouTube data.

We may share or process data only in the following limited cases:

• with authorized BeSolid administrators who need access to operate the application;
• with infrastructure and service providers that help us host, store, process, secure, monitor, or operate the application;
• when necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, or security obligations;
• when necessary to investigate abuse, security incidents, or technical failures.

Service providers are used only to operate and improve BeSolid Content Admin and are not permitted to use Google or YouTube data for their own advertising, data-sale, or unrelated purposes.

7. Google API Limited Use Disclosure

BeSolid Content Admin’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain Google and YouTube data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide BeSolid Content Admin features, maintain synchronization, support internal workflows, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect system security.

Authorized administrators may disconnect Google access at any time. Google access may also be revoked from the user’s Google Account permissions page.

After access is revoked or an integration is removed, BeSolid may delete or de-identify related stored data within a reasonable operational period, unless retention is required for security, backup, legal, audit, or compliance reasons.

9. User Control and Revocation

Authorized users may revoke the application’s Google access at any time from their Google Account permissions page:

10. Children

BeSolid Content Admin is an internal administrative tool and is not directed to children under 13.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
